"This review is a re-write from my previous review: While at the car dealership contemplating a lease, I called my insurance agency, Brian Glaeser’s office. I was given a verbal quote on the new car lease for approximately $950. I used the number $950, not knowing it was grossly inaccurate, to sign a lease on a new vehicle. Upon calling the office the following morning after signing the new lease, to formally place the new vehicle on my insurance the price became approximately $1450. I was in shock! I wrote a very dissatisfied review. Brian Glaeser, upon seeing my original review of great displeasure, apologized, and requested that I come in to speak with him personally. I did not expect personal service from such a large agency. I accepted his invitation. I was greeted by the employee who made the verbal error. He extended his hand, expressed his regrets, and apologized. He then walked me to Mr. Glaeser’s office. Mr. Glaeser and I sat for approximately an hour. He apologized, giving a most understandable reason for the error, then proceeded to help resolve the issue. He explained in depth what we could do. I was educated, then helped with the problem which he resolved to my total satisfaction. Errors occur for many reasons. While I will always ask for everything in writing, my lesson, Mr. Glaeser’s sincere efforts to rectify my dilemma was and is so appreciated. Thank you. Many clients would have walked away. The sincerity and honesty with which Mr. Glaeser approached the problem once again reinforced why I have placed my trust in his agency. Thank you."
