2024 I'm back with another review! All I can say is that this office is outstanding, and Donna Engel, our agent, is simply...GREAT. Recently I had several iterations of trying to buy a new vehicle, and transferring my existing policy to the new vehicle. Donna was really incredible...and patient. She took care of everything and even handled a call late on a Friday when the car dealership needed more (mostly useless) information. We would not have been able to drive the new car home the same day if not for Donna's efforts. I've been with State Farm for decades, and this office and Donna are the best experience I've ever had, and are the reasons I stay with State Farm. Simply GREAT GREAT GREAT customer support! jeff

Well this is a year later, and I decided to give this office another review. We continue to be extremely happy with Brian Glaeser State Farm.
We still give them 10 stars out of 5.
Donna Engle, our agent for a couple of years now, is the best agent we have ever had (and we have had a lot of agents over the years...). She responds immediately to all of our inquiries, and she has never failed to offer us the most competitive cost on our policies. We could not ask for a better agent and insurance office. Donna is the best, and this office is the best.

Brian Glaeser State Farm is an awesome office to work with. I have several policies with them. For starters, State Farm is always competitive price wise. Secondly, I mostly work with Donna at this office and she is excellent. She is extremely responsive, informative and helpful. "I recently found myself needing car insurance for a very unexpected vehicle purchase while on vacation. I called a main State Farm agency number, and my call was answered by William Rice. This may have been the best customer service I’ve ever received from an insurance company.

William was simply great. He clearly explained all my options and, within just a few minutes, provided a quote. At that point, he knew I hadn’t even committed to buying the car—and that if I decided not to, there was nothing in it for him. Still, he was patient and took the time to walk me through everything as I tried to absorb the information. When we ended the call, he had no guarantee he’d ever hear from me again.

Over the weekend, I decided to buy the car. First thing Monday morning, I called William back, and within minutes I had my proof of insurance in hand. What a great experience.
